Return & Refund Information

You have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of your order, according to Finnish Consumer Protection legislation. Returns made after this period will not be accepted. If you would like to return your order, please follow the instructions below.

Important: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, even if it was bought as a gift or for future use. Do not wash the items until you have inspected them and decided to keep them.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached (if applicable). All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. If a free gift was included with your order, it must also be returned along with the purchased items. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If you receive a product that is incorrect (different from what you ordered), defective, or damaged, please contact us at contact@cuutti.com. We will provide you with instructions for completing the return. Returns for defective or incorrectly delivered items are free of charge.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Instructions

If you would like to return your order, please email us at contact@cuutti.com, and we will provide you with the return delivery address and further instructions.

• Please pack the items securely for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect them from damage during transport.
  
• Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the products, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Note: If you are returning part of an order, please be aware that if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping limit, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Uncollected Orders

Failure to collect an order is not considered a return. Any uncollected order will incur a handling fee of €10, along with the shipping cost to return it to our location in Finland.
