Shipping policy

At CUUTTI, we prioritize processing your orders quickly—typically within 1 business day. All orders are shipped from our location in Helsinki, Finland.

Shipping costs will be automatically included in your order based on the shipping method you choose.

We offer free delivery for orders totaling €100 or more when selecting delivery to a pickup point. This applies to both Finnish and international orders (we currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, and Poland).

For deliveries within Finland, we work with Matkahuolto and Posti. The delivery fee for pickup locations is €3.90, and €12.90 for home delivery.

For deliveries to other EU countries (Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, and Poland), we use UPS and PostNord. For orders below €100, the fees are €16.90 for UPS Standard and €10.90 for PostNord MyPack Collect.

Customers should be aware of the retention times for parcels at pick-up points. If a parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to CUUTTI and regarded as an uncollected order.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email regarding your package. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed; after that, cancellation is not possible.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Make sure to double-check that both the shipping address and phone number are correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@cuutti.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but if it’s not possible, the order will be treated as uncollected.
